I do want to share my testimony for the prayer request. I was praying for restoration on my marriage and for my husband and I to be better husband and wife, parents and people. Even though it is not perfect and I accept that, I do believe and see God's miracles everyday on me as a better person and wife as well as on my husband, especially him, who had changed to be a better husband and father. My husband had shown willingness and efforts to change and keep our marriage better and together. I am so grateful that God gave me my heart's desire. I know He is always there. I exalt His name and His Son's name Jesus as long as I live. He is wonderfully great, merciful and so wise. I thank you for allowing me to have this opportunity to bring my prayer request even closer to Jesus. I am so grateful and God bless.

Prayers for Studies

“In November 2010, I went on this site to seek prayers for my daughter who was having a hard time with her university studies and was slowly but surely turning her back to God. This was just prior to her writing her second year exams. I did not wish her to re-sit any subject. On the 17th December her results came out and had done very well, and even said she did not know where the grades came from. I can climb on a roof top and attest to the fact that she is even spiritually changed, goes to Church, prays before each meal and before sleeping. Academically she is doing well also.”

Do you have a big test coming up? Do you have children in school that experience trouble studying or aren’t bringing home great grades? Perhaps you have older children that are in college. Or perhaps you yourself are in school attempting that master’s degree. People that are in school experience all types of different things and they have a high level of stress put on them to perform well. Besides preparing for the test, prayer is the answer for success in the area of studies. Prayer allows you to calm your mind and remove yourself from a stressful situation, if only for a few moments.

Many students feel that they do not have the time to pray, and it is during college days that many students lose their way when it comes to the church, though most do find their way back. This is unfortunate because the benefits of prayer can be so helpful to all students. The peace that prayer allows will give students the ability to focus and succeed.

Using prayer is a great way to add to the success rate of your students. What a confidence boost for your child to know that God is on his or her side when they enter the testing room. Are you considering going back to school and you have to take a college entrance exam? Have a prayer said for yourself, a candle lit to ensure your success on your test day. God wants you to succeed in your educational endeavors. Praying to Him will open the door for a great grade or score on your next exam or paper.
