Not in itself. Asking God for good things is ordinary Christian prayer. The prosperity gospel goes further and claims that enough faith reliably produces wealth, which means it must also treat failure as the believer’s fault. That is not in the tradition, and it is cruel to anyone whose business fails honestly. You can pray boldly for a business to succeed without accepting any of that.
