Finding Employment and Restoring Confidence

Dear Lord,
I come before You with a heavy heart and a weary spirit. You know the struggles and challenges I have faced in my search for employment. It has been more several months since I lost my job, and the uncertainty has taken a toll on my life and also my sense of self.
Lord, I ask for Your divine intervention in my job search. Guide me to the right opportunity, a job that will provide stability for my family and allow my first son to continue his education without interruption and finally have the second one going going to school.
But Lord, it is not only financial stability that I seek. I also look for a job that will restore my confidence, that would help me regain my professional identity. The challenges I have faced have caused me to doubt myself and question Your plan for my life. In my moments of despair, I have felt the weight of Jesus' words on the cross, "Father, why have You forsaken me?"
Yet, Lord, I trust in Your promises. I know that You have a plan for my life, and I believe that something great is coming. However I humbly ask for the wait to be stopped and finally start that job position you have for me and my professional growth.
I pray for the intercession of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, that my plea may be heard and my request may reach Your ears. May the prayers of the faithful there amplify my own, and may Your divine favor shine upon me.
In Jesus' name, I pray.
