House Appraisal and Purchase

We pray that purchase transaction for our new home located at 7733 Shore Haven Drive in Las Vegas Nevada will close smoothly. We pray that the appraised value of the home will come in at at least $476,000.00 or higher. That the Appraiser who does the appraisal will take all of the upgrades, location to water, and purchase price into consideration and values the home at our offer price or above so that we purchase the home without extra expenses, and therefore have money left over to cover for the months we need until my first Commercial real estate deal closes. I pray that this home will be a happy place for my children, my husband and myself and that it will bring us closer together and that the kids will get to grow in a helthy environment. I pray that the house will be filled with laughter and love for the lord.
