My mother Luevenia Johnson is annoited, and requesting that the supernatural power of God protect and a miracles herself, as Mother of Church, age 70 upcoming birthday 9/6 turns 71 for healing. Almost a year ago, our Mother suffered a unforseen stroke. Momma request is: She is ready to be discharged and the New Jewish Home Rehab of Manhattan NY, but doctors will not release her nor continue treatment for excruciating pain. And she verbally and repeatly inform that of her Longterm care will be at home with her children including extended family that live 5mins away. Mom refusal to apply for institutional Medicaid because she has retirement with state of the art insurance with benefits that will also bridge long term with homecare Agency. She knows her business and she is a woman of order. Mom told me, The insurance will not cover normal standards cost in short term. And her God given right to choose what best fit her an she is not incapacitated or incompetent. And she received her Deliverance in healing by going to the Lord herself. And ask for forgiveness she states. The Lord knows, I took care of my own married parents in my own very apartment.
Mother Luevenia did infact inform them that she executed dual poa of her son, Eric Johnson, who does look after her, cook, take her shopping and any care needs. The Rehab law firm has 2 legal binding recording of Eric stating his relationship to Mom and his position intially back in October 2021. Not to mention, her discharge from the hospital with such information in records naming Eric Johnson. Now the New Jewish Home has file guardianship that overturns her rights and that of her POA or MOA. Demanding to give up her social security number and demand she remains with them going against her wishes, rights and delaying for healing process of further treatment. Allowing her medical bill to increase about $50,000 dollars plus.
I must say: Mom said God is Good.
After many manipulating attempts medical she stood still and strong with her decision and they excommunicated her wishes and POA requests. If I don't get out of this place.. I not going to make it.
As her children, we are requesting family protection, increase in finances, wisdom and insight daughter Toni Johnson, her son, Eric Johnson and other son James Johnson. We are requesting that the children of God from touch and agree for her release and Eric Johnson be continue to be appointed and his power of authority will not be taken away by the NYC Surperme Court. I am also her healthcare proxy.

Over her course of treatment, she made improvements but the doctor have delay further outpatient vascular and muscle pain management treatment. This is where catheter and stints are placed in the left arm and treatment of muscle tissue injection in her lower back. They did allow right arm and both left and right legs which was are moving after treatment per make stern talking. But since then they excommunicated with me.
Our meeting with supreme court Esq. Chester Gittemen inform us the family that guradianship can be filled even if you have a POA, or dual power of attorney the filings can be overturned. He is a mutal party. Chester was nice. And apparently, he didn't listen to his client or gather the info from the Administrator of the Rehab or contact the hospital discharge of her update with the proxies.
The judge is still over the case is Phaedra F. Perry who also has the same behavior of unprofessionalism.
Yesterday, I finally spoke with attorney Ms. Tamara Jordan who I also was towards me professional arrogant and was using derogatory statements, like "no mercy and in the trenches" you know negativity was rebuked. Of, why? I have to remind her, she is representing my Mother, her client and where is her respect for her family. And I love my Mother bare bone and no flesh. And She's the appointment attorney for Grandma. I told her this filing should not ever happen. Grandma Luevenia already excuted dual power of attorney. And the New Jewish Home Rehab law firm legally aware.
Sarah Gamet is temporary guardian. The New Jewish Rehab is in name only. This is not a kosher Jewish facility. Susan Rappaport is Grandma social worker. She has been helping a lot and the PAs, but limited per Employer.
Please take this to the holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem. We need the agents of the Lord! Lord God be our present HELP in this matter! My Mother also has her own And my own apartment, she stays with me at my own place. We also have family owed hier property she can also live if she wishes that are accessible.
