O LORD ALMIGHTY GOD, please forgive me for I have sinned badly

O LORD ALMIGHTY GOD OF ALL CREATION, o please I plead that I’m guilty of sinning – I have lied, stolen things worth hundreds of dollars, even made promises to you that I either broke because I thought that I could keep them or that I was scared or in a state of desperation, I am a sinner and a sinful man who has been living a very imperfect and deceitful life. I can only beg and plead the prayer that the tax collector did in the temple behind the priests and the elders – O GOD OF HEAVEN AND ALL CREATION, please O LORD ALMIGHTY have mercy on me, a sinner.
