Our Business Neely Precision to be DEDT FREE!! AMEN!

We Dewayne & Wanda Neely opened a business in 2001. Dewayne trained our son-in-law Greg in our garage before we opened our business in 2001. When we met Greg he held his head down & wouldn’t look you in the eyes. We witness to him and offered him a job at the age 19. When we went in business in 2001 Greg was hired as a employee and continued climbing the ladder becoming supervisor & when he was fired reach a goal of making $110.000 a year plus all benefits paid. Last year 2019 Greg got fired for harsh conducts, getting greedy & for deviated acts. Greg wrote a letter wanting our business and be mastery over all. Being in control over Wanda’s part of half the business if anything happened to Dewayne, Greg would let me have so much a year to live on. (In the contract and will of opening our business Wanda would get it paid in full and still own the business). Greg wanted all our CNC machines which we bought 15 new CNC and still purchasing which cost $400.000-$10,000.000 and up for precise machining & best quality work for our customers. Greg wanted a personal antique truck from our home. Dewayne & Wanda would not get paid until all debts was paid in full and Greg would tell us what we were going to do. When Greg got fired he took majority of our work and employees & told Dewayne he was going down & that his business wouldn’t last when being escorted out of our business by police and that has a restraining order on him to not come on Neely Precision property. Greg had been working for us 20 years, done a great job until a lot of wrong activities was revealed to us. We have been struggling emotionally & financially. COVID-19 caused work to slow down tremendously. We have 10 employees down to 3. Dewayne & I just turn 61. We never had a vacation and always took care of our employees & their families. Family health, eyes and dental insurance with great pay weekly with overtime plus vacation & bonuses all paid by our Company Neely Precision and has always had heat & air in our shop. We are Christians and always wanted to be a witness to everyone that came in our business. Praying for God to work a miraculous miracle to get debt free and not be slaves to the borrowers. For God to send qualified machinists to operate & program CNC, to operate wire machines and to receive work from our customers and to find new customers. We loved Greg whole hearted & still to this day. It was like raising a son, then became our son-in-law. My daughter divorced Greg before he was fired because of the same complications that was explained above why he was fired from Neely Precision. Because of knowing him so long & he became a part of our family this has been a severe overwhelming shock, traumatized us to the point of grief and distress & has devastated us to the core. Still trying to forget but has forgiven him in order to heal & praying for him and our grandchildren. Praying for guidance for Neely Precision & to give us strength, wisdom, knowledge and understanding on every decision that is made for our life & business. Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus!!
