Testimonial

I do want to share my testimony for the prayer request. I was praying for restoration on my marriage and for my husband and I to be better husband and wife, parents and people. Even though it is not perfect and I accept that, I do believe and see God's miracles everyday on me as a better person and wife as well as on my husband, especially him, who had changed to be a better husband and father. My husband had shown willingness and efforts to change and keep our marriage better and together. I am so grateful that God gave me my heart's desire. I know He is always there. I exalt His name and His Son's name Jesus as long as I live. He is wonderfully great, merciful and so wise. I thank you for allowing me to have this opportunity to bring my prayer request even closer to Jesus. I am so grateful and God bless.

Church of the Holy Sepulcher

The Edicule of the Holy SepulchreThe Church of the Holy Sepulcher, also called the Church of Resurrection, is the most important and holiest church in the world. It is even considered to be holier than the Vatican. It was originally built by the mother of Emperor Constantine in 330 A.D. It is located within the walled Old City of Jerusalem.

And when they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull. Matthew 27:33

Jesus was crucified at Golgotha, or the Rock of Cavalry, around which the Church of the Holy Sepulcher was later built. A hole in the rock, where the cross was raised, can still be seen. An earthquake is said to have occurred at the time when Jesus died on the cross, the damage of which is visible in the form of a crack on the Rock of Cavalry.

The EdiculeAnd when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
Luke 23:33
In the church you can also see the Stone of Anointing where Jesus’ body was prepared for burial. Many people believe this is the holiest of the holiest spots and choose to make their prayers here. The Church of the Holy Sepulcher is so named because it is where Jesus’ sepulcher meaning crypt or tomb, is located. In the Edicule of the Church there are two rooms: one with the Angel’s Stone, which is a piece of the stone that sealed Jesus’ tomb after burial; and another room which held the tomb itself.
“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according tot he scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

Jesus was resurrected within the Church of the Holy Sepulcher three days after his crucifixion, appearing in front of Mary Magdalene in the form of an angel.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies.” John 11:25

The Church of the Holy Sepulcher is the one and only holy place where religionists, historians, archaeologists, and scientists all agree that the purported actions did indeed take place. The location of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher is not just a guess, rather there is factual evidence that points to this place as being the same spot that is mentioned in the Bible as the place of Jesus’ crucifixion, burial and resurrection.
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 1 Corinthians 15:22
