Please ask the blessed mother and our father to give us the strength and the words to help us answer all questions with sincerity and devotion during our cross-examination on Wednesday March 16 to Friday March 18.
Our mother was removed from her matrimonial home and placed in a Nursing Home one hour away from family. She cries regularly and begs us to go get her because she wants to go back home. Unfortunately, there are family dynamics and restrictions have been put against my sisters and I. No information is to be given to us regarding our mother's health and/or wellbeing. We are not allowed to take her out of the Nursing Home for a visit and/or go out for a meal. Unfortunately, our mother is the one suffering so we are going to court to have the Power of Attorney for our mother removed from our brothers and given to myself and my two sisters. We want to move mom back to her home if possible or in North Bay so she could be closer to family including grand-children where we could visit her daily. Our mother has always given her children everything and put her needs last.
