G-d, You are the source of all beginning, completion and blessing. You created man and woman to be one through marriage. You created Your world with mercy, in Your mercy please bless me and my ex spouse. Lord, I repent of all the sin in my life. I have committed adultery against my spouse, and I am so sorry. The decision I made to cheat on the partner you placed in my life was and is a terrible act on my part. Please forgive me. Please make changes in my spouse’s heart. Make us compatible again and bring us closer together as we were before.
