Mental health, Anger/Rage and no humility

My 38 year old son repeatedly has relationship problems. They escalate with verbal abuse. He involves us parents and curses at us. Like a rage. He always blames others and actually thinks he does nothing wrong. Never takes ownership. He does have mental illness and has had injury to his head. Due to HIPPA cannot get help unless he agrees to get help. He is under a psychiatrist care. Also he is a Born again Christian but does not live the life. He saids us parents are hypocrites. He is engaged and she is trying to help but relationship is very volatile.
His grandmother committed suicide at age if 60. He has two uncles that have this behavior. This is killing his Dad and I. This has been going on and on ? 20 years! Please pray.
