My mother migrated from the Caribbean to Europe in the 60’s. She had an old house jointly with her mother. She transferred the deed to her first born son, my brother and his wife so thst he can secure a mortgage to rebuild the property hich they did. My mother and my other siblings repaid the mortgage. My mother died in 1985 but the property was never transferred back. One of my other siblings continued to live in the property until his demise in 2019. All maintenance, repairs that were needed to the property was carried out by myself and my other siblings excluding the eldest one. Upon my brother’s demise in 2019, my eldest brother took possession of the house and gave it to his eldest daughter. It is a family home and we the remaining siblings would like to regain possession of same. Prayers is desperately needed. Thank you
